In practicing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), my responsibility is to provide the disputing parties with a knowledgeable, and impartial Arbitrator or Mediator to guide them through the process.

As an Arbitrator, I will thoroughly review the contractual provisions of the agreement and as a member of the Arbitration Panel I will guide my colleagues to a comprehensive study of all claims and counterclaims, concluding with the scope of relief to be awarded.

In Mediation, I exercise my persuasive skills, as a neutral, to assist the disputing parties in reaching an agreed upon settlement. Mediation is non-binding by nature, however the parties to the dispute can ratify the settlement if they so desire.
