GEORGE G. ZIMMERMAN LLC

My career in reinsurance commenced in 1969. I have provided reinsurance intermediary services for both treaty and facultative clients in addition to retrocession and London Market business. I have constructed three Reinsurance Underwriting Syndicates comprised of Best's "A" rated companies.

I co founded the Zimmerman Reinsurance Group of Companies, and served as President & CEO of the group which was made up of George G. Zimmerman & Company, Reinsurance Intermediaries, Global Accident Line Slip Corporation, a reinsurance underwriting facility, and U.S. CAP ltd., a Captive Insurance Company which was utilized for reinsurance, retrocessions. We also leased out the Captive to several industries where Evergreen Letters Of Credit were established.
