am a certified arbitrator and member of ARIAS since
2002. I am also a member of ReArb, an arbitration association.

have served as a party Appointed Arbitrator in sixteen
insurance and reinsurance disputes.

I have served as an Expert Witness in six insurance
and reinsurance disputes.
- Served
as a mediator in over four hundred mediations.

I
obtained my mediation certification in 1993, issued
by the American Arbitration Association.

I
have conducted numerous mediations involving business
to business, business to consumer, along with individual
vs. individual disputes. They include, but are not limited
to, property disputes, contractor disputes, insurance
disputes, real estate disputes and matrimonial disputes.
