as an Arbitrator on four reinsurance disputes.

Served as an expert witness in four reinsurance disputes.

as an expert witness in three insurance litigations.

as a mediator in over four hundred mediations.

I
obtained my mediation certification in 1993, issued
by the American Arbitration Association.

have conducted numerous mediations involving business
to business, business to consumer, along with individual
vs. individual disputes. They include, but are not limited
to, property disputes, contractor disputes, insurance
disputes, real estate disputes and matrimonial disputes.
